Notification when gigabag data allowance is getting low

By: minklemar | 18-06-2013 15:23

My suggestion is that gigabag users get an email notification when the data allowance of their gigabag is getting low so they are not taken by suprise if all the data allowance is used before the gigabag expires.

The reasons for this request is that iPad and tablet users do not receive the text notifications that are currently sent regarding low remaining data

This will allow people to either add some credit, or cut down on Internet usage and avoid them being left without access to the internet.

At the moment if all of the data allowance is used up, then any credit on the account is used to pay for usage per mg, if a notification were issued when the data is getting low this would help prevent users from inadvertently spending their credit

Apologies if this has already been suggested, I did a search and couldn't find anything too similar

Been a long time since you could purchase any gigabags.

Another suggestion now made redundant by the changing shape of Giffgaff's deals.

Redundant suggestion requiring relocation.

100% self serving and facile comment that has no relation to anything that exists today.

gigabags haven't been available for a while now so this idea is redundant.

Showing true colours? Just commenting for points? Difficult to believe anyone who has been active on Giffgaff community forums for a number of years doesn't know that gigabags were discontinued

I have never considered you disingenuous with your involvement in labs. Seems like this behaviour is more contagious than that Chinese virus that has the world up in a tizzy.

FYI gigabags were discontinued over six months prior to your comment and it was no secret.

Benefit of the doubt perhaps you have been busy and missed this.
