60 day voicemail frustration

A little known fact is that if you don't access your giffgaff voicemail for 60 days any customisation is lost (no pin, no personalised greeting etc) and you're not informed it has happened :smileysad:


If having gone to the trouble of setting these, to find if you did need to urgently check voicemail from another phone if would be very annoying to find you can't!


This is idea is very simple - once a PIN and/or a personalised greeting has been set - just leave it there without any time limits for it to be removed :smileywink:

This and the lack of an itemised bill means I'm soon off to a proper mobile phone service.  Along with my wife.  Actually she doesn't care about this one as (having very much higher usage) she never lost her voicemail pin or greeting.  But she''l be grateful for itemised billing and much more data for the same price.

This is SO annoying! I get a voice mail every so often and every flippin time I have to reset the PIN. I didn't even realise my personal greeting had gone too. 

A million up votes from me if it were possible!

yeah, this is a no brainer really.. 60 days is far too less - should be more like 6 months

I agree. I always wondered why I need to input a new pin each time I have a message. It's quite annoying doing it everytime as I don't get that many messages.
