Online usage history (itemized billing)

This is another idea that has been brought up several times in various forms (see usage-history tag), but
haven't yet made it to these pages. I feel very strongly about this and would like to promote this also here:
the idea is to implement a 'Usage history' or 'Itemized billing' under My_giffgaff on the webpage.
I prefer the 'Usage history', as i think the important aspects is that it enables one to monitor usage
(data is transferred, but of course also calls, and txt messages), not only the bill/balance at the end.
It would be a feature that underpins transparency and is very much in line with the philosophy
of giffgaff as an internet based and community oriented company.

I agree with you depends GG will do it

Agreed, but if (ie when) this feature is implemented, please be sure to spell itemised with an S not a Z. We don't need american-looking spelling here.

Vote on this same idea, as it has more votes already and it's status changed to 'working on it'.

Great idea. Brings GiffGaff in line with contract phones, only cheaper and much better!

Hey giffgaff! Could you inform us about the progress of this?

Fantastic! - I would love to see this feature implemented.

I am one of the many people who have added this idea to the giffgaff site. I would love to see itemized billing on the website or as an e-mail. You have my vote! Though I am pretty sure I have read a few times that they are already working on implementing it! :) I am still voting yes as an option to subscribe to a monthly billing e-mail would be a great addition! :)

Online usage history would be useful. It's probably best if giffgaff roll out different phases over time, so they don't overinvest developer hours in building something big, before knowing how many people will use this feature! So a series of phased rollouts offering more online usage history is definitely welcome!
