Online usage history (itemized billing)

This is another idea that has been brought up several times in various forms (see usage-history tag), but

haven't yet made it to these pages. I feel very strongly about this and would like to promote this also here: 

the idea is to implement a  'Usage history' or 'Itemized billing' under My_giffgaff on the webpage.


I prefer the 'Usage history', as i think the important aspects is that it enables one to monitor usage

(data is transferred, but of course also calls, and txt messages), not only the bill/balance at the end.


It would be a feature that underpins transparency and is very much in line with the philosophy

of giffgaff as an internet based and community oriented company.

Roll over any unused data, minutes and text because we pay money for credit so should get to use every little bit that's left.

Absolutely agree. I always have minutes left , and lose them when anniversary date comes around. Would be terrific if this happens.

I agree with that we should be able to roll over Our Data I think giffgaff would get a lot more custom if they did that

Totally agree ,I'm a light user and always have many mins ,texts and data left but prefer the security of a goody bag . I always feel hard done by when I see what is left at the end of the month .

If you go over on your tariff you are charged extra, if you don't use what you have paid for it should be rolled over.

I don't think it's fair when a £20 goody bag clearly says always on data. But as I've reached a certain amount of my usage you have restricted it and asked me to pay for my next goody bag to lift restriction why is it alway on data when I've been charged twice to get good Internet speed and I'm only on my 6 day with giffgaff gaff. I'm a heavy data user but no one stated there'd be restrictions on my Internet after 5 days and I'd have to pay again and loose current date min n txt to get restriction off

Yes I agree that would be good especially for the data, perhaps with a clause that last month's data must least be used by the end of the next month so it can't be "abused"

I feel this is the biggest still-missing feature of giffgaff and I cannot think why technically this is difficult. Giffgaff must have their internal usage history for all users to calculate the bills.

It'll be transparency of usage done and thus the members will know what they used and when without spending extra £10 and time taken after requesting SAR.

I also think this is really important. Especially if there are particular spam numbers etc to be tracked. Or to prove something in court (eg a certain person has been harrassing me with calls etc etc). It should be easily available.

definitely gets my vote. I'm new and started puzzledly scour ING Google for how to do this when I couldn't see the obvious button in my dashboard. This should be an absolute essential tool, can't understand why it's not been in the feature set since day 1
