giffgaff app in different languages

By: chaaaan | 21-09-2019 03:13

giffgaff sim can activate anywhere.

It will be better if we get options on different languages in giffgaff app. e.g It must content all EU languages.

Cheers

It will be easy to understand if anyone from EU countries.

I don’t think developing and maintains an app in different languages is worth it comparing how many users of those different language exist for long term to top up or use the service for giffgaff clawing back the cost somehow. There are alternatives language conversion solutions out there especially just using the mobile website or on a desktop that can convert languages. Nothing like an original converted properly scripted app in that language but isn’t too bad.

i agree too. if people have managed to navigate the website to activate their sim, then should be able to manage their GG account

Fair point but Google translate and other easy to access apps are available so it's not worth the extra cost for giffgaff since EU use is only really for UK users

I agree with your statement

The ready availability of translators on-line makes this unnecessary given the vast majority of users are english speaking.

for a uk company i doubt it would be worth developing this
