One bag to rule them all

Offer a package that automatically adapts to varying requirements without having to commit to a Goodybag.

The idea is fully described in a two-page pdf document. Ask if you would like it emailed directly. See:

Being on holiday and finding that the only connection was 4G. Though this worked well, I made bad choices of which size of Goodybag to buy. I would like a scheme that was more flexible and didn't need clairvoyance.

with all due respect you need to put a overview of your idea as not everyone has the time to read two page documents

at this stage we are interested in if the idea has merit and a frework of how it will work

Absolutely! If the idea needs so much explanation it should have been discussed in Contribute first.

good point. a two page document suggests there are lost of issues that need resolving and contribute sounds like the ideal platform to have the discussions

Goodybags are already extremely flexible, and far more flexible than other providers, so I don’t think giffgaff will implement this.

Sorry, but I'm not going to go to a random web link to view an idea. It needs to be summarised here. In addition, you have the ability to change the goodybag you purchase and to purchase another one early if it runs out.

If people's Goodybag changed each month based on last month's usage, it would be a disaster as last month's usage is not always a good predictor of next month's usage. giffgaff does not know when you'll go on Holiday or when you won't have access to WiFi, so this idea would be difficult to make work
