The structure of the usage survey for 'no usage' is based around calls and texts. I am a light data only user and the survey does not take this into account.

You should change the questions to take into account that some users like myself may only use data and I'm able to confirm your package is perfect for my needs.

Frustrated at not being able to provide a constructive survey response.

Sorry for being a source of frustration. My team sends out these standardised surveys based on a very simple algorithm. I'll look into this and provide a fix or caveat going forward.

Sounds reasonable, a lot of people will be data only users.

Hello all. as a consistent traveler to Ireland I find that as soon as I get there, the credit I keep with giffgaf,f to call from England to Ireland, which is nominally useful for a precise purpose, becomes default setting, and my goody bag is completely useless.!!!I am well used to roaming charges and applaud the changes to the same???? The question I have is “why does your app not allow seamless credit transfer?otherwise I find giffgaff to be a breath of fresh air,much needed in the sector! Well done Giffgaff not a lot to do folks. Given the greater volume of Irish,that travel to England than vice-versa you could arrange for a profit sharing enterprise.with the Irish networks (which are after all multinationals,much like yourselves) kind regards Jeff)

I can only agree with u buddy it does seem a bit like signing up to a Sky tv deal when everyone has a mobile and maybe Netflix & Now tv clearly not needing terrestrial channels (or the exorbitant licence fee) I am a licence fee payer and do in fact love their work) but it definitely feels as though we are getting rinsed????
