youtube channle to show haw to go about the new platform i now that some have youtube channle. But this is essentila we came ask questions on the channel and you can show us live
the platformis tricky so this will help giffgaffes from leaving
Very expensive for this to provide effective support. I prefer the wisdom of multiple helpers which is what the 'help and support' forum can do so well.
you will need a cam all laptops desktop can have 2 screens with the same on bouth screens giffgaff can do all this in house or a conpetion or like rocket sed a video pre-recorede with for all newbis with a start up gide walkthrough of stuff thats giffgaff need from all new starters and this cud be good thing ???
giffgaff was never meant to be live support.
ok whot about some vidos to help a quick start up gide
yes please ????
I don't see how this would be practical.
It would take up a lot of time and resources, especially when it comes to giffgaff staff monitoring and responding to questions.
No every one has a giffgaff sim, so not possible.
I don't think giffgaff TV would get watched very much, and media content takes lots of time, effort and money to create - much more than you would think!
do you mean as a retention tool?
