TV advert idea

I would absolutely love to see giffgaff expand and have more of the British public on giffgaff and taking custom away from big providers. Take the custom away from them that they do not warrant or deserve. I think we need to expose other mobile companies without even naming them and the poor customer services they provide to people. And what sets giffgaff apart from all the rest of them. And how what you provide is nothing that they ever could. Which is total freedom to do things your way with what suits you entirely and on your own terms not the on the terms of these big companies. How they try to tie you to them in every way possible. What their ploys are and how they use their own policies to try and trap you and still tie you to them even if you are on pay as you go or a contract with them even if they are in breach and at fault themselves and to raise awareness that with these companies there is and never will be any freedom of your own with them no matter which one you go to and that the only network that doesn't do this to anyone is giffgaff. Exposing tricks and ploys with known facts about how companies such as Vodafone EE and 02 do this to people and how they do it without them even being named in your TV ads etc so that then it not only raises awareness but gives the public the knowledge they need to realise just how trapped they are so the public can make their own choice and realise that by pointing them in the direction of giffgaff that there is another way and that it's a far better way. The main thing I have noticed is that members of the public sign up to these companies because it's easy to pop into shops such as carphone warehouse etc and sign up to them without the knowledge and awareness of what they really are getting themselves into with them when they get involved with them. I think this would be an absolute game changer for giffgaff with a very serious TV advert on our screens about it. This also sets giffgaff apart from the rest of them by trying to do the right thing and telling the British public what they never will !!! Adiós to the other networks I say !!!

I had spent 6 years being on contract with other mobile companies and wised up to a lot of things. Then I found giffgaff and realised this is how things should be done and it went from there. I never give up hope in change for the better. Giffgaff do not get enough of the credit and the custom they thoroughly deserve from other mobile companies and I feel it's time this changed for giffgaff and give the British public something better where they can be totally free of any ties at all

giffgaff is widely understood by younger and mid aged people who are familiar with the internet. The reasons that they are not mainstream is that the majority of people want to buy their new phone on contract even though it's cheaper to buy the handset and buy a giffgaff recurring goodybag
