Option to disable PAC request via SMS

Getting a PAC via an SMS request is far too open to fraud. A fraudster only needs to "borrow" ones mobile for a couple of minutes to get a PAC code.

To improve fraud protection -- add a security setting in the online giffgaff account management page, to give the account holder the option to disable PAC request via SMS.

Yes, I can see where you are coming from as in theory it is possible. It is a good idea to have a pin set up to avoid a fraudster getting access.
