My account is 0.01 pounds if I buy a 10 pound goodybag it will not allow me to top up as I would only have 9.99 pounds. Why can I not pay the 0.01 pounds from my debit card. Just an idea ...

Maybe an option to increase the account balance to set amount.
ie: choice between 'put £10 on' and 'make my balance £10'.
