I got a text today to say you weren't able to add (my) new recurring goodybag last night. (This is because the payment card has expired).
When logging into my account, it's completely baffling how to go about adding the new card, and far from clear if that will automatically generate a new attempt to debit the card. If I go to the 'add a goodybag' page, there's no mention of the declined charge, and I'm told I'll qualify for an extra 1GB of data only after 3 months!
A good system would recognize me as I log in, ask if I want to add a new card, attempt to debit that card, and confirm the transaction as successful.
As it it, I've updated the card, but nothing's 'happened'. I guess(and it is guesswork because the site doesn't tell me) that I have to manually purchase the goodybag that's set to recurring, probably losing 1GB of data a long the way.
In summary, and with respect, it's a bit rubbish!
