Giffgaff app to be much like the website

By: xkait75 | 22-07-2019 20:39

There are many features of the website - the labs, the marketplace, community forums, however the app currently only offers viewing your giffgaff goodybag/credit and the ability to top up.

I believe the app should offer all these features as it makes giffgaff more accessible. Personally I really care about the marketplace's pre owned phones and I plan to purchase a lot of them in the future.

Thank you!

I loved the features that were on the website and personally I much prefer using apps as opposed to using a browser on my mobile to look at giffgaff, and I'd love to buy things from giffgaff straight from the app.

I use the website, it's easy and just as good if not better.

An app is normally a slimmed down version of a main website though. Of course I would love to have same features replicated across board but downside is it could slow down the app, make it buggy and user interface messy. These things are considered when developing an app. Now sure how much giffgaff can stretch the app to the the point of running it smoothly against the main app but if there is room then yes otherwise I prefer it as it is. Even better if they could improve the speeds especially in the forums.
