Get our guests onboard

Good morning.
Every time i log in i see on most occasions we have more guests on the forums than members.
If we could have a list of some of the guests then maybe we could chat to then and see if we could convince them to join us here on giffgaff.

Sorry but this is impossible as guests are simply browsing without having logged on and therefore there is no method of contacting them.
Tbh I find unsolicited contact very offputting and slightly creepy anyway.

@bertiebat..I feel the exact same about unsolicited contact.I will go even further and say "I don't even like the idea of guests browsing through".If anyone wants to browse through then they should have an active giffgaff SIM.

I see your point but that would be a bit too intrusive in my opinion.
Am more rather for guests getting the right info they needed when they got on the site in as easy and appealing way as possible.
I wouldn’t like it and even hate it when I am on a site and all of a sudden the bots pop up asking if I needed help. Find it intrusive.

I think they should be free to browse in prace they will initiate chat if they want to know something. Also not all guests ate non members -sometimes a member who just wants to check something quickly might not bother to sign in

The guests are people browsing the giffgaff site/on the site with out a giffgaff username/no giffgaff account so dont know how would be able to contact
