Customer loyalty program

Depending how long you’ve been with Giffgaff, mark each milestone with a gesture. Let’s get back to rewarding loyalty, something similar to Sky’s VIP program. What’s stopping me from leaving, how is my loyalty been rewarded?

Loyalty incentives are a good idea, however you really don't get something for nothing these days and you would have to pay for your loyalty gift one way or another.

Payback is great, but that's not something for nothing, you do have to put the time in and contribute to the community, in which to gain it.

Payback is not given out for nothing.

If loyalty incentives were offered, it could mean members, who keep the community ticking over, get a decrease in payback, it has to come from somewhere.

this is a good idea. Too many companies ignore their existing customers and prefer to reward (entice) first timers in their numbers. I tried been ying a phone on finance a couple years ago but was refused, not sure why as it wasn't explained. I ended up by ying some no name device off the internet. I nearly left giffgaff then. Only stayed because I'd convinced so many friends and family to get on here. If my money is good enough to pay a recurring goodybag fee, why not accept it to buy a phone?
