Regarding: Combating SIM Theft.
I can’t believe that this hasn’t been done already (phone accounts get hi-jacked). Setting up a pass phrase, so that if I ever need a new SIM, I have to give the pass phrase before I can activate said SIM.

This NEEEEEDS to happen... So easy for literally anyone to take over someons SIM if they were that way inclined and sad. It's far too easy for such people to do with no hacking skills actually needed even a an 8 year old could carry it out. Please approve this GiffGaff. We need more security. Most Other networks are more security conscious than GiffGaff seem to be.
