Activate SIM card when ordered via referral link

By: wfudin2 | 14-02-2019 14:28

So far to date I have had 15 people order a SIM card via my referral link. However only 3 have activated their SIM card.

I won't speculate as to why they have not activated their SIM card, however I think it would make more sense for the customer at the point of ordering their SIM, they are made to order their first goodybag.

This seems to be the norm with other networks, and the usual 14 day return rules would apply if they do change their mind.

I believe this would massively increase conversion rates of SIM ordered to activated, as the customer has already financially invested in the SIM and network.

If anyone has any feedback please let me know.

Thanks for reading.

To be honest it's not an easy process to get a Giffgaff sim then most networks put the sim in top up and your done now try it with Giffgaff? Now you see .Alan

so you would order a sim card, pay £5 to activate and then wait for your £5 payback? You be a millionaire in no time.... oh wait a minute you would have made £0, nothing, sweet ****** all.

it's up to the customer to activate at the end of the day if they were activated as soon as we all did then we would order tons of them for us and then get the payback but that's not the case.
