Move your number, yet stay with Giffgaff!

Hello all,

Lets say you found a good deal at another network and willing to move your number to there. but also you don't want to leave giffgaff as you want to still keep your paybacks. So why is it not possible if we keep our account as they are but can move the number to a different network.

that can be sorted by giving a new number for giffgaff and continue the account on that.

this would help to get back to giffgaff easily in case the new network isn't loved much.

any thoughts

I know that there is an option of changing the number, but in that case you cannot use your original number in another network.

Also, I know that you can activate another sim under the same account but again, your rights will be valid until you more your original number.

Listen Giffgaff, this will not harm you at all. In fact, this will help your customers to have a 'widely 'open door to get back whenever they want.

I do not see any reasons to leave giffgaff.

With the other network operator joining to use then use the number they give to use instead of transferring your giffgaff number to them then can continue with your giffgaff account that have .

Your giffgaff account will remain open to log in to with out a sim active to account that can start afresh with a new number when activate a sim to for account when no number already on account.

Most people have a number they keep on their main network. Keeping an account open will make returning to giffgaff more likely.

the account is already there for you to come back any time but i can see your reason for wanting to keep your credit and goodybag
