Communications with giffgaff

I think there should be a call centre so giffgaff customers can contact directly by telephone as some people don't have access to internet so it makes it very difficult and there's been numerous times I have had an issue an giffgaff have just changed my number without me even ask8ng.

The reason people choose giffgaff is no call centre! So it's better to post ideas that will improve online support.

This would cost a lot of money for a team that's purely built for the virtual world and would then make giffgaff not that virtual at all if they have phone lines haha. Good thinking though mate I just don't think this one will work out.
