Communications with giffgaff

I think there should be a call centre so giffgaff customers can contact directly by telephone as some people don't have access to internet so it makes it very difficult and there's been numerous times I have had an issue an giffgaff have just changed my number without me even ask8ng.

This would cost a lot of money for a team that's purely built for the virtual world and would then make giffgaff not that virtual at all if they have phone lines haha. Good thinking though mate I just don't think this one will work out.

I think the online support is excellent here at giffgaff and there is no need for call centre & also there is the cost which would affect us all if this was implemented
