Communications with giffgaff

I think there should be a call centre so giffgaff customers can contact directly by telephone as some people don't have access to internet so it makes it very difficult and there's been numerous times I have had an issue an giffgaff have just changed my number without me even ask8ng.

Some ppl don’t need to top up so they can use minutes but can’t access the internet or data so it would be useful for some

Giffgaff is a budget operator who compete on price. One of the reasons that they can afford to do that and remain profitable is that they don't have the high staff costs associated with call centres.
