Giffgaff to roll out 5g sooner rather then years down the line and being behind in the mobile pack. put more investment into faster speeds etc

Please vote if this sounds a good idea only my second idea lol and share my post please

it will be the new big thing for 5 minutes ...with teething issues for some networks .. would prefer that giffgaff took it's time and rolled it out properly when ready ...like 4g was .

5G is not that important to me and it would not be worth paying more, Im a low data user prefering to use WiFi for major data use.

However since we don't want to lose all those members for whom this is an important factor we need to be not too far behind the curve, I would hope though that we keep 4G only packages for the rest of us at least until 5G costs fall to reasonable levels for low data users like me.

It will be a business decision, together with o2's access to 5G.

How much would you be prepared to pay for 5G?

5g will be the new norm so I would hope giffgaff keep to the same packs as they do now

giffgaff will have access to 5G.. as and when O2 launch 5G network...

EE are the only operator on track to launch 5G this year- but only in very few major cities..

it will be 2020 before we start to see a decent 5G coverage.. if at all

It depends on O2 and the amount giffgaff is willing to invest

it all depends on o2 who have paid a lot of money to get a large share of the 5g spectrum

voda got more but they have a lot more punters.

so it should be good for giffgaff

whether this is an actual idea i`m not sure but good luck with it

Depends purely on O2 and any network sharing that the big mobile networks agree on.

giffgaff will have little control nor money to alter this.
