TEXT ALERT

By: carlo83780 | 07-12-2018 18:01

My idea is simple and very powerful to who forget things easy LIKE ME.

I top up £20 to buy my goodybag and i left t do it about 2 h later, I completelly forgot to activate my goodybag and after a while i got a text alert from gifgaff that i'm been using my credit.

It as so nice of giffgaff to send out a text alert before we use our credit because spending the credit we cannot activate our favorite goodybag unless we add mor credit but many users dont think that going to be that easy because someones dont have mor money or have just a litle more money and have to choose a diferent goodybag.

So it would be nice if the text alert came in before we started to spend our credit.

Like when we are about to use it a pop up window appears saying that we are about to use your credit, would you like to continue?

That way we could top up, activate the goodybag or tap to continue.

That's my idea and I really appreciate it if it were so.

Makes sense and could be done very easily. Supported.

I appreciate what you mean but as you can recur a goody bag is this really needed a good way to spend time and money implementing it? Think it is all ready pretty good.
