TEXT ALERT

By: carlo83780 | 07-12-2018 18:01

My idea is simple and very powerful to who forget things easy LIKE ME.

I top up £20 to buy my goodybag and i left t do it about 2 h later, I completelly forgot to activate my goodybag and after a while i got a text alert from gifgaff that i'm been using my credit.

It as so nice of giffgaff to send out a text alert before we use our credit because spending the credit we cannot activate our favorite goodybag unless we add mor credit but many users dont think that going to be that easy because someones dont have mor money or have just a litle more money and have to choose a diferent goodybag.

So it would be nice if the text alert came in before we started to spend our credit.

Like when we are about to use it a pop up window appears saying that we are about to use your credit, would you like to continue?

That way we could top up, activate the goodybag or tap to continue.

That's my idea and I really appreciate it if it were so.

Its surprising gift gaff don't already do this as meny have been charged out of credit balance without realising the goody bag has not yet kicked in ect people have complained before about this and its about time it was implemented

I support this idea most strongly

I support this too. It’s easy to make this mistake. But I would advise members queue Goodybags prior to live goodybag expiring. It’s now easy to do that via 43430 option 2

Good option. Very helpful.

giffgaff already send out a text to remind you that your current goodybag is about to expire so it's not like you don't know that you will soon be using credit if you do t buy another goodybag.

You could also always try recurring your goodybag as others have already mentioned.
