Tick please

By: peterbarrett1111 | 01-12-2018 14:35

It would really help me out if there was a "tick"

rather than an "up arrow" when my text message

has been sent from my Nokia RM 945 basic simple

raised key button non smartphone telephone.

The "up arrow" indicated a message in progress.

A " tick" means it has been received by the recipient?

I have recently been working in the Falkland Islands in

the South Atlantic Ocean and had big problems while I

was there not knowing if particular people had actually

received my texts?

Can you help?

Please say you can?

Probably better off asking Nokia who developed the thing.

Type *0# at the beginning of your text message to receive a delivery report.

You can get delivery reports for text messages by going into your message settings on your phone, usually.

Not sure if it is something that we can solve here.

That is handset software graphics.

this is a software issue so its a suggestion you may want to put forward to the phone company that made your phone. GG is just a communication company so as such can not alter the state of our phone, or how things are displayed.

hope this helps

in terms of getting a delivery report for your texts. you can add *0# at the start of the message and you will get a delivery report
