Telling them haw to get started haw to get it all set up everything that need to no...

As it was deleted without explanation:

How would this be any easier or simpler than just using the app to scan the top-up voucher which automatically adds the credit to the account?

Plus the existing method doesn't require different stickers for each voucher amount or replacement stickers when they get worn, damaged or un-scannable.

Most people of a certain age that I know, so not know or would not be able to get their head around a QR code. For the lederly, will this really help them, or the younger people who are more tech savvy?

It's the same as a QR CODE STICKER it can't cost that much for a sticker is going to help even I'd use it though because it saves messing about with sticking numbers in this town cover cos most of the time when you do it anyway you press the wrong number it's only like having a card but people lose cards can't lose a sticker cuz it's on the back of your ****** phone you don't going to cost him much is it

Yes, I like this idea. It would be worth Giffgaff at least looking into it to see if it would be cost effective.

Not everyone understands modern day technology and keeping things as simple as possible would benefit some.

Good luck with your idea.

I top up £10 every single month right what's so hard about her compound QR code sticker straight into a £10 goody bag it's not going to cost them much like you just said it would make it easier not just for the elderly it'd be good for me and be good for anybody

Would this actually be any easier or simpler than just using the app to scan the top-up voucher which automatically adds the credit to the account?

Plus this existing method doesn't require different stickers for each voucher amount or replacement stickers when they get worn, damaged or un-scannable.

I would think that if someone has a mobile phone, they are able to top up, have worked out how to use it and would ask for help if necessary. I'm not sure if I feel a bit offended by this.

There's nothing to be afraid of it's just a case of a sticker back of your mobile phone you walking the scan it top up £5 just link straight to your goodybag nothing out about it nothing to be afraid?
