When brexit happens keep European roaming for your customers

By: mij_sky | 15-09-2018 05:42

so the inevitable it's going to happen we are leaving Europe. When this happens we might not have roaming , we technically have had it at Giffgaff for a year and now it might go. Can Giffgaff keep this for its customers ??? This will also help generate loads of new customers

my best guess is that the network operators will still allow EU roaming as present; even after Brexit .. for a period of time..

then, perhaps they'll all be like.. it's too costly to keep offering at no extra cost.. one operator will stop allowing it.. and the rest will swiftly follow in their footsteps..

this is the harsh reality of things..

imo we'd be lucky to have (kinda' free) EU roaming for further 2 years after Brexit.. so we should all enjoy it while it lasts.. hope i'm wrong though.. on this one

Great idea!!

I would be really good if giffgaff would keep this.

would be good to have a strong statement from giffgaff to promise they will stick to it.

unfortunately nothing compels them to do so.

No roaming charges can still apply after we leave the EU. For a change to occur it will require the phone companies to undo. The only reason they would do this would be to make more money.if this happens customers should exercise their right to switch providers.
