Courtesy email about new product/services and updates

I have been a member for a long time but this is the first time I have heard of Lab and Missions. Since my sim automatically recurs then I never have any reason to sign in and therefore I have only just seen this.

I think an email or coutesy call can be made to let us know to log in and see any new products or services.

I think when you have a problem with giffgaff as I know a few people have on here, there should be a better customer service?and when someone is on the £20 goody bags like me... Send texts to say what you've used and how long left because not all ways the website is updated as my bf father had a problem with ? But I think this a good idea

i think that is a good idea to let customers know about updated services or maybe texts so people that dont check their emails are aware.
