Save up your own money for a phone

By: sarahryanmonk | 30-12-2017 18:52

bad credit is always an issue when you are trying to buy a phone and people will always need a phone now days.

What would be good to have is to be able to set up an account in your giffgaff account where you pay weekly or monthly at an amount that is affordable and just save up for your desired phone.

So basically like a savings account and the phone will be sold at the end.

Think this is a good idea. Because by the time people have saved for a certain handset, it can be outdated. If the money was to hand at home or in your bank, you may become disheartened and waste it.

Where as if its held with GiffGaff it would naturally encourage you to use the money as intended.

Dear GG,

This time last year I brought a Samsung 6 Edge off you, but over the last 5 months I have had to have it repaired, both times for the same thing the charging port has broken twice, this costs a lot to get it repaired the first time £40 the second £60 is this a common fault as I now have to repair it again. Nightmare!!
