a log in to a virtual phone with a copy of your live sim card and all the apps attached to it so you can operate your phone remotely.

for example I don't have my phone today and need to send someone a message and they're only on my whatsapp app. i have no way to contact them as they are not in my top 5 smses and i can't log into whatsapp on my work computer.

Why should Giffgaff take responsibility for people who can't remember to pick up their phones before going out. By extension why should we finance the forgetful ?

This would require a subscription fee even if at all possible, which I don't think it is. In any event there are plenty of free computers ie: at librarys, and even websites that you can send a free sms message from. And also log into social media sites such as Facebook and Whatsapp.

> someone (say) in an Internet cafe

There's a blast from the past. Do such things still exist?
