in the absence of any way to contact giffgaff i resort to this form. why does giffgaff advertise the iphone5s for £199 unlocked with free delivery when in actual fact the only way to buy it is with a goodiebag of £10. therefore the phones is not available for £199 but in fact only available for £209 including a £10 goodiebag. now, in the absence of a prompt reply from giffgaff i will take my complaint to the advertising standards authority. so giffgaff great phone price but misleading and you should have a method of contacting giffgaff without me having to try the ideas dept.

I agree about having easier verbal access to Giffgaff regarding comments/complaints etc. But 209 for A 5gphone is good not misleading. I got a brand new oppo phone from Argos for 349.95 and I'm chuffed.so sax get a life?

I can understand using labs as a last resort but if you can access the community and post you can contact giffgaff better than you have here.
