Paying by Direct Debit

By: lyndapearson | 27-04-2016 12:37

If GiffGaff took monthly payment by direct debit some customers would benefit from getting cashback from their banks. RBS and NATWEST pay 3% cashback on direct debit payments for mobile bills!

Agree with this idea, it would also benefit some Santander customers.

one month plans can't be direct debited!

This has been suggested before. And requires recurring payments every month like a contract.

You are confusing a Direct Debit with a Standing Order. With Direct Debits neither amounts nor dates need be fixed.

I'd rather pay by debit/credit card. Having bank details is higher risk for giffgaff.
