Add direct agent link catergory for phone delivery problems.

I think we've all seen our fair share of threads in Help from members who have had phone delivery problems with the dreaded UK Mail but currently there is no agent catergory to contact them if you're having this problem.
The "When to contact an agent" knowledge base article here
lists all of the current options including one for if you sim hasn't arrived,so we have the strange situation where if you haven't received a free sim card there's a direct agent link but if your £500.00 phone has gone missing there isn't one.
This means that members with phone delvery problems are having to be told to use the sim order limit increase link which is both clumsy and frustrating for them and slows down the process of them getting help because their question will go to the wrong section of the agent team.
One new link for phone delivery problems will cure this problem and make life easier all round.
