Allow rounding up of a top up

If you have an odd amount of credit e.g. £7.46 allow a top up by a user defined amount (subject to a minimum perhaps £10).

So in the example above allow the user to enter £12.54 so that the balance would go to £20.

This would allow the user to buy two £10 goody bags.

A minimum spend would still be needed to stop small amounts that would cost to implement.

Although there shouldn't be too much problem with doing this from card and PayPal I don't think giffgaff are that bothered
