My giffgaff app notifications

By: methusan | 29-10-2014 23:25

If you have installed the mygiffgaff application on your phone, then there should be a feature whereby a notification is displayed for reasons such as when an agent has replied to your query or a reminder that your goodybag has now expired. This will keep members more informed and connected rather than having to check themselves by opening the app.

Seems a sensible idea to me, so many people use apps so adding notifications to the giffgaff app will make it easier to spot a notification rather than opening the app to find out.

i look forward to seeing it happen.

Yes this is a good idea would be very useful to get a reminder when a good bag expires

Sounds a good idea.

My problem with the app on my mobile (a Samsung Galaxy Ace 4) is that it always seems to forget my password when a new goodybag starts (I do not currently have automatic renewal enabled but never have a gap between goody bags).

This is a great idea and I implements I'd be more inclined to use the app than I currently am.

I have trouble logging into the phone app. It says the details are incorrect, but they work on a computer. The app does not show the status of the current Goodybag, so not a lot of use really.

Via the Giffgaff app we should be able to top up, just like we do on the website, with all the various payment methods (goodybag, airtime, credit card, voucher etc) but it is more user friendly as an app and far more efficient. We should be able to do this offline MOST IMPORTANTLY. We should have updates or a message should be in-place to check goodybag usage and view the expiry date.

Also we should be able to check voicemail free of charge and check it without credit, this is particularly vital for students or future employees.

This would make the app much more worth while and would encourage more people to sign up to Giffgaff as this new idea for a network provider as Giffgaff would be the very first to implement this app.
