My giffgaff app notifications

By: methusan | 29-10-2014 23:25

If you have installed the mygiffgaff application on your phone, then there should be a feature whereby a notification is displayed for reasons such as when an agent has replied to your query or a reminder that your goodybag has now expired. This will keep members more informed and connected rather than having to check themselves by opening the app.

I agree it would be handy, and particularly if push notifications could be incorporated into the app.

I found the other day that as I'd not looked at the app for a couple of weeks, the minutes, data, and time remaining until my next Goodybag weren't up to date, and I had to log out of the app and log back in again to get them to update so they were showing my current usage. Push notifications should avoid the problem of the app showing out of date information.
