free voicemail with or without credit

i think we should receive our voicemails free with or without credit as long as you have topped up in the last 3 months, there is nothing more frustrating than missing a call and you have used up all your mins, i think this could give giffgaff another edge again in the market.

Great idea. I would like free voicemail calls.

Of course I would. I would also like a free car, a house for nothing and unlimited vodka and slimline served by the Asenal first team in my local boozer.

However, every service costs something to provide. Giffgaff is a brilliant idea that works really well for me and indeed for most of my family.  So if free voicemail means tampering with the system overall, then no thanks. If the increasing costs can be absorbed in the current economic structure, then yes please.

All this means that I haven't got a clue which way to vote on this one. So please keep your comments coming and I may be able to decide later.

I totally agree with this. It's annoying when you have to pay to retreive a voice message just to find out it's an unwanted spam call!!

Yes, I would agree that checking your voicemail should be free. I am on PAYG and have voicemail turned off as 10p is a lot out of your credit to listen to a message.,

Yes listening to voicemail should be free. It's not an issue for me, as I never use up my goodybag minutes. But I still think as a principle, that listening to voicemail should be free of charge and should not use up minutes.
