free voicemail with or without credit

i think we should receive our voicemails free with or without credit as long as you have topped up in the last 3 months, there is nothing more frustrating than missing a call and you have used up all your mins, i think this could give giffgaff another edge again in the market.

I totally agree, I’m diabetic and tend to lack sleep throughout the night so catch up in morning times, only to find that on a few of these occasions I’ve missed a call or more from hospital and doctors then I can’t get their voicemail or call them back it’s really frus

-- Charging for voicemail penalises Blind and Visually Impaired Users --

Yes please give free calls to listen to voicemail, at least as part of the goodybags. Sadly, having to pay to retrieve each voicemail puts a penalty on blind and visually impaired giffgaff users.

I have a blind friend who won't switch to giffgaff because she totally relies on listening to voicemail messages as she cannot read text messages. Having dozens of voice messages per day to pay for would make giffgaff totally expensive for her.

I'd so like to bring her on board with a giffgaff sim, but ...

Or at least allow us to use minutes from goody bags to retrieve voicemail messages I buy goody bags every month for the obvious bonuses but don't listen to my voicemails as I feel forced to top up with credit as well.

That’s odd, I can use my voicemail with my goodybag minutes

I think this is a brilliant idea, as I'm always missing calls but can never listen to my voicemails cos I always run out of mins
