Non Expiring Data Sim

By: borg42 | 29-06-2014 20:48

I think this would be a fairer way of operating the gigabags. The product is sold on the basis of the amount of data. presumably GiffGaff would be happy for me to use the amount of data on my gigabag within the specified time. So if I've paid for that amount of data I should be allowed to use it all however long it takes.

I'm sure if I used all my allowance i a week GiffGaff would be more than happy to let me purchase another.

Come on GiffGaff step up and provide a product nobody else is. I'm sure you would have floods of tablet and low usage users flocking to buy your data sims. :smileyhappy:

I simply "agree" with almost all the sentiments already expressed for this idea.

I agree, data should roll over. Other companies already offer this as part of their service.

if anything was going to have me leave giff gaff it would be the lack of this flexibility.. I can’t predict my data usage accuratly , it vays too much month on month. Other networks do it....

I am definitely considering moving to sky and I have been with giffgaff for over 2 years but I often have most of my data left at the end of the month, I pay for my broadband as well and being disabled I sometimes have to stay in so can't use the data I have paid for. I am seriously considering leaving. Giffgaff is excellent apart from the way they are thinking short term profit over loyal long term members. Come on Giffgaff, you are losing customers.

This would help the younger generation to keep the data connection on. I'm on a recurring goodybag and my data never is the issue.
