Top up giffgaff via Bank ATM Cashpoints - Revisited

This provides a 24 Hrs on the High Streets top up facility when all the shops selling vouchers are shut and you have no access to an Internet connection.
Previously suggested as per below links and rejected as too expensive. However other small MVNOs use it and as giffgaff numbers have increased now is a good time to review the situation.

As well as topping-up your own pay-as-you-go phone, you can gift credit to friends and family simply by inputting the operator and phone number of the phone you want to credit.
Top up at any cash machine that has the green top-up logo. Just follow the instructions. The money will come out of your account and we'll send you a text to confirm. You can top up between £10 and £50.
Already works for O2 and as giffgaff use O2 vouchers should not be that difficult to set up.
All giffgaff need to do is talk to the below:

You can top-up someone else's phone direct from an ATM.
Perfect if you want to top-up your child's phone, or help your Mum or Dad top-up theirs. All you need to know is their mobile number and their network operator.

That does show there is persistent demand for this payment service.
Offer your support for this and help out people who have difficulty in reading their vouchers

With an ever aging population these cards enable simplified top ups at newsagent's PayPoint terminals and supported supermarket tills.
It is another good way to bring in revenue to giffgaff and the cards could be a basis for setting up shopping discount/loyalty schemes for giffgaff customers helping to lock them in and so reduce expensive customer churn.
There are no real downsides and so no reason not to implement.

Hi there, welcome to the giffgaff labs.
Not sure if you're familiar with how things work around here, but it's usual to search for existing ideas and upvote them rather than spamming copies of ideas that have been proposed before. Giffgaff uses the ideas with the most upvotes when deciding what to implement, and it doesn't combine upvotes across multiple ideas because it's too complex to know what's the same and what's a bit different.
Please use the search option in future and upvote existing ideas rather than spewing out duplicates.
