Hi, this is a little idea.
The minimum top up is £10 so maybe giffgaff should let us top up £5. I'm a light user and don't need much of anything. So being able to top up £5 would be nice.
After the recent refund due to incorrect charging, I was left with just short to be able to but my next goody back, the option to add £5 would have put me a pound above what I needed instead I had to top up £10 which left me with a balance that I didn't want to have so a smaller top up amount would be useful
I totally agree with this idea
I agree - I'm a very light user and £5 a month would suit me
I would love the minimum top up to reduce to £5!!!!
I agree with this, anyone with giffgaff can fall on hard times lose a job and a home end up homeless on the street with no contact with people, £5 Is a little bit more affordable even if they reduce the free giffgaff to giffgaff calls from 3 months to 1.5 months, that is a massive help and it could also bring in more customers, no other company would consider this as its all about profit not a family based community like giffgaff
I don’t think any network does a £5 top up..yet. Their is a choice of monthly sim contracts under £5 per month so at £10 for PAYG with free gg to gg calls still cheap but if you’re topping up every 3months to get free calls then your missing out on better deals. Even o2 does £5 pay monthly sims including WiFi calling. That’s another idea.
Three, EE, Vodafone, Virgin, Lebara, Lycamobile, Asda and ID mobile all offer £5 top ups.
