Make the minimum top-up £5

By: saadiyahk | 06-05-2014 13:47

Hi, this is a little idea.
The minimum top up is £10 so maybe giffgaff should let us top up £5. I'm a light user and don't need much of anything. So being able to top up £5 would be nice.

Agreed, especially since the minimum goodybag costs £5. You should be able to top-up just for your goodybag at a store & not have to purchase extra credit. Useful for poor people.

It could suit low income users such as pensioners or students.

Many moons ago, I requested official clarification re the £5 top up, in all sincerety and good faith (More Fool Me)- I can see that I’m not alone - just look at comments around that post.

However, in light of today’s 02 issues, piggy backed by GG of course, for myself (a long serving/paying/phone purchasing GG consumer, enough is finally enough?????? - It’s a crying shame for so many of us in the contrived “GG family” ( Which, in light of today’s network issues, complete lack of clarity & communication from GG official staff that this “Caring Sharing” facade has finally been outed for the faceless corporate money grabbers that our gg family are - IMHO GG’s customer services are complete & utter BS!)

So thanks for the memories & lack of response in our times of need & distress - methinks it’s time to go to a provider that does actually: 1) Reply & 2) Give a flying f for their customers-“ - Nuff Said - Peace????????????

Look a great idea to us. I have a monthly plan so use my phone most of the time. My wife has a PAYG plan. A £5 topup plan would keep in touch with me over the complete year. She doesn't have many friends to call, only me!
