Hi there, I think that you should instead of having to do it online you can do it on the phone when you ring up to put your top up voucher on you should be able to do your goody bags that way as be lot Easter as in some cases people don't always have the internet or cases to the internet or even wifi like me . Because I have just moved and I don't get signal there all together and haven't had chance to get wifi, so think would be amazing if you could do it like that and think people would agree if they are in a similar situation as me or in situation where they army's always get on the internet to top there phone up that's my amazing idea thank you

Yes this would be good for me, I can't do a regular payment as I'm on disability benefits and they are paid out 4 weekly not monthly, which makes paying all sorts of bills awkward. This would be a good idea.

This would be great as i have to remember all the time to top up before my active goodybag runs out which is a real pain in the neck as I dont always get paid before hand so if this can happen it will make my life aswell as loads of others easier happy days.

Brill idea, as sometimes I have no credit to be able to log into the giffgaff site to buy a goody bag, so uses my top up, which can be frustrating as I can't buy the goody bag first intended.

Great idea; but if the idea was posted through the giffgaff portal then perhaps giffgaff can invest in grammer and spelling correction tools...

This would make Giffgaff much easier for me to use and also it would remove an imppediment that stops certain friends joining - they have no broadband at home.

I agree, as I don't have broadband or home wifi etc. when I topup and then go online to access the dashboard to buy goodybag this sometimes incurs a charge from my airtime ( not from other aps updating, I disable this first ) although agents are good in refunding lost money when this happens as I don't recur a goodybag it would be far easier to just select one during the voucher topup call.
