Hi there, I think that you should instead of having to do it online you can do it on the phone when you ring up to put your top up voucher on you should be able to do your goody bags that way as be lot Easter as in some cases people don't always have the internet or cases to the internet or even wifi like me . Because I have just moved and I don't get signal there all together and haven't had chance to get wifi, so think would be amazing if you could do it like that and think people would agree if they are in a similar situation as me or in situation where they army's always get on the internet to top there phone up that's my amazing idea thank you

I hope that this is "in addition to" rather than "instead of". I am out of the connectivity area for periods of time, and the only way that I can keep my number active is to go online and purchase a top up. If I had to use my phone to do this, I would be SOL.

Similar situation happened to me. I had a complete power cut to my home and could not get onto the internet to activate a goodybag as I knew I would have hours of calls to make to sort the problem out and have someone to talk to while sitting in the darkness. Luckily I had remembered to charge my phone the night before!! This is the achilles heel of giffgaff. Other companies do allow you to activate monthly 'bundles' by voice automated customer service. EXCELLENT idea
